At [Street Slippers], we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your slippers or shoes, we're here to help! Please read our return and refund policy below for more information.


Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Please note, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear.

  • Non-returnable items include: customized or personalized products, gift cards, and sale/clearance items (unless damaged or defective).


How to Return Your Slippers:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, name, and the reason for your return request. If there’s an issue with the product, please include a clear photo of the product and any defects.

  4. Ship Your Return: Securely package your slippers in their original box and shipping materials. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned slippers, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong product or a defective item).

Exchanges:
